Shipping Policy
After your order has been confirmed, our personel will contact you on Whatsapp within few hours. The package will be prepared and shipped the next day if available . This will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days (depending on your location).
Please note that custom-made order will take a longer time to deliver. Also, orders outside Beirut may take a longer time to deliver.
Our delivery partners are Wakilni and they charge a flat rate of 3$ across Lebanon.
When you receive your order, please check every detail. If you think there has been a mistake with your order or billing please contact us immediately to fix any issues.
Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed we don’t accept returns or refunds.
Return policy only applicable for local orders.
International Orders cannot be Returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized jewelry items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
